BCD Fully Automatic Liquid Yeast System

Fully automatic yeast system that was supplying yeast to 3 bread lines which in total had a capacity of over 30,000 bread rolls per hour.

The yeast system comprises of a yeast intake house where the truck hooks up to the system and pumps the yeast into two of the 13,000 litre tanks.

The system has CIP which is made up of a 1500 litre water tank, 2 detergent tanks and a 1000 litre mixing tank for the cleaning liquid.

The line also has a flowplate system so that you can direct where you want the cleaning to be directed. There is also a cooling system for the yeast and a telemetry system which you link to the internet.

Complete system is skid mounted for easy lifting and has weigh cells.

Whole system is in stainless.
